Important information about timetable changes

To all students who may require a timetable change for academic reasons such as courses taken during the summer or to fulfill requirements for post-secondary education:

Students requiring timetable changes may visit Student Services from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 2 and will be seen on a first-come first-serve basis.

After Tuesday, students still requiring timetable changes may pick up a number in Student Services on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. each morning. They will be called out of a class to be seen by a guidance counsellor during the day to discuss these changes.

Counsellors will also be available on Wednesday September 3 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. to make timetable changes for grade 11 and 12 students and on Thursday September 4 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. to make timetable changes for grade 9 and 10 students.

Timetable changes will not be considered after the first week of school. Students may still drop courses to a minimum of six classes.
