Kiwanis update

Congratulations to all members of the Senior Concert Band who performed in the Kiwanis Music Festival yesterday at North Toronto CI.

Performing a very difficult Canadian composition, our band placed second with a mark of 89%. The band received wonderful compliments from the adjudicator who especially praised Ms. Nikolaiszyn's conducting of the piece.


Many thanks must go to Ms. Nikolaiszyn for her hard work in preparing and conducting the group and especially to all the music students whose efforts were rewarded by such a fine performance.

Today, the Senior Stage Band competes at Humber Collegiate and we wish them well in their competition.
